Went through a telephone interview followed by a face to face interview. During face to face, it was a series of competency based, strength based and technical knowledge questions with two interviewers at their London Aldgate office.

The interview process was extremely long, with poor communication, apart from one lady who was very helpful. It lasted about six months. I had three interviews, with the final one being an hour and a half long, and I did not feel at ease during the interview at all. They were constantly testing me, using trick questions to see my response rather than getting to know me and my approach.
The interviewer would ask me a question and say, "You got a few points, but missed some." This was for a graduate role, and I’m not expected to know everything about the industry. Drawing attention to the small elements I missed seemed ridiculous for an entry-level role. I would not be an expert at a graduate level. The irony is that one of the questions they critiqued me on was in a field I now work in.
Additionally, only men interviewed me in the final stage, which felt exclusive, and I experienced long delays in hearing about the next stage.
Sadly, the interview process highlighted how I would not want to work here. The early careers recruitment process needs significant improvement, with more support for candidates.
