Online assessment, video interview, phone interview, assessment center, pretty lengthy process . AC started with intro, then group activity, presentation, individual interview . HR said applicants would be notified in two weeks, but heard nothing, I called back, I was unsuccessful, asked for feedback, nothing useful

General stuff, why consultancy? Biggest mistake etc
Only face to face interview and no written, asked based on your resume. For example, what is the machinsm of ELS? How to determine Grade III rock? What is your Capstone and Final year project?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

Entrevista
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
