2 managers interviewed me, very organised and good questions. They had a variety of questions around my background, experience and why I'd like to work there. We then spoke about the role and what it would entail, the difficulties etc and whether this would be right for me. We spoke about start dates, salary etc and they let me know when they'd be in touch after interview

how can I bring in equality and diversity to the role?
Fairly easy, The Hiring Manager wanted me to walk through my day-to-day as a recruiter which I did. They also want positive, bright, and friendly individuals so smiling helps. This was an easy interview I would say.

Entrevista
Very nice interview in English with the hiring manager based in the UK and some team members based in other countries. An additional talk with a German HR responsible in German. Her comment about my accent (I am not mothertongue) was in my opinion not very appropriate (your German is good, you have a little bit of accent) as well as the questions about the number of kids I have and the need to reassure her about the fact that my husband and me could manage them in case I got the job.
