The interview process was very unprofessional. Another Manager joined the interview which I was not advised of prior to. This would have been useful in order to prepare in entirety. In addition, this Manager began reading his email during the interview and then proceeded to reply. Even if you do not want to hire a candidate, this is an incredibly unprofessional way to represent the Company you work for. I was very surprised the Other Managers present did not indicate to the Manager to stop emailing during the interview. How is a candidate given a fair chance when this type of behaviour occurs!!??
The interview process was long and disappointment.There were no feedback at the end. I had to follow up several times during the process.There were no call backs and I had to retry sev eral times

Entrevista
I received an email for HR screen three weeks after I applied for the role. I was then invited to speak with the hiring manager. It seems that the hiring manager enjoyed our discussion and told me the next steps. Unfortunately, I was not invited for final round. The recruiter also went silent as I did not get a response from her even I followed up with her multiple times. Looking back, I recalled I found the post was already removed when I was invited for HR screen. I wondered if they had picked their candidates already. They simply chose to continue to interview me out of courtesy.
