Was in principle not applicable, since I was working as a freelance at a company that was taking over by AECOM and my manager had information of my knowledge since I was working under him for over two years. At that time I specialized in aquaculture and had to travel many times to Europe to obtain specialized knowledge in recirculating water systems to grow fish, but more on the technical aspects of designing such farms.
Fast paced...Hiring team provided continuous updates. Overall the process was very good. Interview scheduled in short period. Good communication. Fast offer with good benefits package. Highly recommend this company for job seekers if suitable opportunity exists.

Got contacted by Talent Acquisition Manager after I applied online. Interview was over Teams and I was invited for a face to face chat rather than an interview, needless to say I got the offer.
