After the application, I was sent a self recorded interview. It was fairly easy and simple. After that about a few days later I was sent a request to schedule an interview with a recruiter. The interview came a few days after that. The interviewer was easy going and it was like having a conversation. Less than a week later I was called and told I was being offered the position.

Video interview asked standard questions very laid back and always be prepared before hand research adt and customer service representative questions. Why you would be a good fit how to deal with angry customers
