Really wasn't much of one. Talked to one guy on the phone that really didn't explain much and then was set up for a face to face interview. The job ad really was kind of nebulous regarding pay other than saying that you could make a lot of money. When I had the second interview, the sales manager said it was strictly commission and that I should have been told that on the phone interview.
The interview went well and the recruiter was easy to talk to. I had a great experience with the interview and they made sure my questions were answered. I’d recommend them to a friend

Video interview asked standard questions very laid back and always be prepared before hand research adt and customer service representative questions. Why you would be a good fit how to deal with angry customers

The interview process scared me a little because i had to role play and was not expecting that especially not really knowing my role. It all worked out for me though
