It was very smooth. They give ample opportunity to show them your personality and interpersonal skills. There are only 2 rounds of interviews for the outside sales positions and it felt like they interviewed me already knowing they were going to hire me. After working there it seems like to even get the second interview they have to really like you over the other candidates.
