The process was very smooth, HR of the company will do regular follow up with the candidates and the ADP leadership.They can also offer a buy out in case the notice period is too long for the selected employee.

No follow ups at all. Wasted people's time. I don't like the Jai process - unprofessional. They look at your resume then poof, they think they're too good. Would be nice since they promote transparency that they let candidates know they're not selected. "

Typical HR phone interview first followed up by in person interview on site with 3 managers. Questions were somewhat repetitive between the 3 different people. The HR associate was very kind even though I declined the offer.
