One of the most prosessional processes I have been involved in from start to finish. Expectations were explained, steps were communicated (3 interviews and final presentation), and for the final presentation step I was even provided multiple dry runs with feedback and constructive recommendations.

It can be a very long interview process. You will most likely meet with 3-4 levels of management. Also they are not always be a one on one situation. Be prepared for a panel.
