Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en ADP (Makati City) en mar 2015
Entrevista
I was initially contacted by a recruiter from ADP Philippines and asked me if I was interested in exploring for an Associate Training position. I was okay with it because I know ADP Philippines really offers better. I passed the initial phone interview and the recruiter set me up for a face to face interview 3 days later at 12 noon. I told him that I was currently on a night shift and will end my shift at 7:30 am so I requested if it could be set up earlier but it was the only available time for me. I went there 30 minutes earlier as I was instructed to come in at least 15 minutes early. I waited 35-40 minutes in their recruitment center and was attended by a lady who will be interviewing me. She mentioned that it was an initial interview. While she was interviewing me, she wasn't fully paying attention to my answers because she gets easily distracted to those walking outside the small room. She cant focus to look at me straight in the eye and the interview questions were not fully related to training as my specialization and skill set. It lasted around 5-8 minutes on that interview. It is as if she wanted to get off as fast as she can. She told me at the end she will talk to the hiring manager and will get back to me in 24 hours about the status of my application via sms or email.
I researched this company and read their profile so I thought this was not just a good company to stay but very much competitive when it comes to pay. I am a trainer for 2 years and I do interviews to new hires. I probe questions to know if the applicant has a potential based on what our company needs. We determine work ethics and attitude towards work.
It was such a disappointment to have known the way they recruit people. They might not really know what they are looking for.
