There was a competency test I had to take online. Then a phone screen, and an in person interview. Some people that are in my position experienced more interviews than I did.

First interview was a screening, so naturally there were several people in the que waiting to get on. Waited for about an hour. But my interviewer Lori was amazing. So warm and welcoming and willing to answer all 65 of my questions.

I completed the online interview. A while later I was offered a video interview with the team. It was scheduled the evening before and I took off work the next morning to complete it. After waiting 20 minutes, I realized I'd been stood up. I called the number on my invite and was told they forgot to inform me that they hired from within...for the position they'd literally just set up an interview with me for the night before. I emailed the team to give them some feedback on my experience, as this can hurt future recruitment efforts. I received an apology and an offer to still interview since they would be opening another position soon. I accepted their apology and invitation. Several days after they said they'd be in touch, they emailed me and said they decided not to fill that position. It really was a huge waste of my time preparing and taking off work for the initial interview and completely unprofessional on their part. I am completely turned off of ADP and am no longer considering them for future careers.
