The interview process was fairly simple once you scheduled a phone interview expect the interview last about 30 minutes. The interviewer will be on time and expect you to be on time also note that this is only the first interview and it’s all about getting to know you a little bit and the company more.
During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes

What are qualities you look for in a good manager?
It was on a zoom call and was difficult! The lady interviewing me was awesome though, she actually ended up giving me some good advice before I moved on to the next round. It ended up not working out, because I moved, but everyone was great. Be ready to answer their questions!!
