Got a email on my schools ACM mailing list from an intern they just hired. Sent my resume, and ~30min later the recruiter contacted me asking to schedule an interview. Had one 15min interview describing the job, and week later I had a non-techincal interview where one of the managers asked me to describe some of the projects I have worked on. Two days later I got the job.
