This was one of the best interview experiences I have been exposed to and I have participated in a lot of different processes. This should be expected from a leading HR technology company, but I was still impressed. The general flow for the interview was very standard (Talent Acquisition > Hiring Manager > Team Member & Hiring Manager > Department Director), but having the ability to seamlessly work around my own schedule through A.V.A without having to deal with the clunky back-and-forth you experience in most interview processes was the icing on the cake.

Very thorough, able to meet with team members to discuss the role and learn pros and cons. Discussed the day to day as well as the short term and long term evaluation process
