Entrevista
My interviews were held over the phone because I was out of state. The first interview was with the recruiter. This lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer provided good information about the job and the culture of the organization. The next interview was with a group of people who were on the hiring committee which included HR, the hiring manager and peers of the hiring manager. I found this format to be challenging over the phone because it was tough to know who was talking and I felt as though I was flying blind by not having the face to face interaction.

Entrevista
With an internal referral, I was contacted within a week after applying. I was asked to complete a questionnaire which served as an initial recruiter phone screen. Within 2 weeks I had interviews with the hiring manager and another stakeholder. The final step in the interview process was to prepare and present to senior leaders a proposed approach for the role. The entire process took less than 2 months.
