Fairly standard interview, no out of the ordinary questions. They just asked about my sales background and to speak about my resume. Just be prepared to talk about everything that you have on your resume.

Why sales and is sales what you want to do long term?
During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes

What are qualities you look for in a good manager?
It was on a zoom call and was difficult! The lady interviewing me was awesome though, she actually ended up giving me some good advice before I moved on to the next round. It ended up not working out, because I moved, but everyone was great. Be ready to answer their questions!!
