First, I was chosen for a phone interview in which I was notified about 1 week after applying online for the job position, after about 1 more week I was contacted to set up a face to face interview.

Pregunta 1
On the phone interview they asked questions about what I do at my current job. They also asked how about a time when I had to assist an angry customer and how I handled the call.
During the face to face interview I was mainly asked what I knew about the company.
Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
