My hiring process was very drawn out. I know others were hired very quickly. I believe the difference is what area you are being hired in.

My application was processed almost right away and I received a phone call from the Manager. Not knowing the number, I didn't pick it up. The manager emailed and scheduled an interview for the next week. The interview was with several people, although there was one main leader. The questions ranged from my interest in ACT to education.
