I had a call with three different people and a case study. The people who conducted the interview were pretty junior and really arrogant about themselves. Not really focusing on the skills of an account manager and what a person wants to bring or how wants to enhance the portfolio. Overall superficial

Clients are negative about buying our product, how you will manage that?
Contact made 2 months after applying, interview went good, said he’d contact again the following week and took another 3 weeks to follow up with a negative response. Definitely timing is not their force.

Entrevista
The expiernce intereviewing was swift and positive at ACT. The recruiter was professional and the final stage of the interview the case study was challenging but fun and relevant to the type of work you will carry out.
ACT reached out on Linkedin in and the process was as follows:
1. Innitial Screening by Recruiter
2. Call with Manager
3. Call with Colleague (cultural/language call)
4. In person case study with Director present.
An offer was then made switfly after and negotiation and contract review ensued. My only grievance is that the salary offer was made exclusively based on age/years experience rather than value add potential, this however was rectified with support of my manager to be and a firm negotiation.
