It took one day. Got a call, went to there office for first face to face round. HR was aware about time, but was not available. After some time HR arrive, fill up basic info form and submitted it. Lady (owner herself) Called me for an interview. One developer was also with her. She asked me to tell flow of e-commerce site, I mentioned whole flow. Now, she was having some conditions, like, what If I want to do this or do that? So, I modified my answer, like you have to add these tables or add this logic etc.. So, She replied, You are changing your answer, you should stick to your own answer. I told her, as per the requirement the logic change, That's the normal thing. She replied : Then why you didn't mentioned it before? (Are you Kidding !! ) She stuck with her thinking, She told : I wanted you to ell me generalized flow, blah blah blah!! Even, the developer with her was laughing in mind (HAHA). Then, She asked developer to ask some questions, He asked, I replied gently. Again, She is back with e-commerce flow. After all this, She told me to come for an interview. I asked : how much duration it will take, because I have to mange that during my office working hours. She replied : That's up to you !! How fast you are!! I asked : don't you have any approx time line ? minimum or maximum time? She replied : That's up to you !! How fast you are!! (Same line, Not a Printing Mistake) I asked : Can I come after my office hours? She replied : No I asked : Can I do that practical from home? She replied : We don't trust people, so come here and do practical. I told : I am not coming. She replied with an anger : What? I told : I am not coming (Again, not Printing Mistake) I walk away. That was the whole process. Hope, that lady will learn something.
