Consultancy called me for Interview, single day process, 3 rounds, First is core technical on Java where they asked questions about core java, Spring, collections, project related worketc and one puzzle question Second round is with two panel manager - in this they discussed about project, technologies, they test problems resolution ability and other general questions Third round is with HR for salary discussion. My all rounds are cleared but not get anyfeedback from them. My consultancy says my expected salary is not in their budget. But atleat I expect call from them for negotiations as I invested one day for this process but anyways good company and good people.
