Er waren twee ronden, een met een lead en een directe collega. De tweede ronde met head of Sales en CEO. De vragen zaten meer op persoonlijk vlak, om te kijken of ik goed in het team zou passen of niet. Er werden niet hele lastige vragen gesteld.

Entrevista
Had a presentation via teams the day before the interview, in which the position was explained. Basic information which you could've found online or in the job description. No explanation about ABN AMRO, what their history is, or their mission statement. Nothing about the identity of the employer at all. Why should you want to work for ABN AMRO? Spelling and grammatical errors in the presentation. Next day, the the job interview was preceded by a case study. The case is delivered as a powerpoint presentation via teams, with one part of the story on one slide, another part of the story on another slide, and the questions on a third slide. Not convenient when you need to switch between slides, and have enough times to think of and write down an answer. Interview went via teams. Interviewers arrived way too late into the meeting. Started with a short introduction of each person, then followed by a very impersonal conversation which felt like taking a high school quiz. No personal questions about strengths, weaknesses or interests and experiences. Asked my interviewers what the main challenges ABN is currently facing in terms of CDD are. Answer was simply to finish the files on time. Asked my interviewers if they could you tell me more about the career opportunities within the CDD department and ABN as a whole. The answer was not to think about that because the position is already challenging enough.

It was a good interview with a big variety of questions. I talked with two managers for approximately 30 minutes about the junior position. The call was via Microsoft teams and I also was presented with a casus where I had to signal red flags.
