The process was mundane. They didn't ask many questions. They wanted to know if I had the experience and then they made the offer which I rejected. The guys was not bugging on changing the interview offer. I negotitated a lot and finally the guys would not budge. He said that he will be talking to the manager and then adjust the offer.
