Very professional and comfortable. Takes a little time because ABC has a system in place to be sure they get the best candidates. Once the process starts it is as easy as 1 2 3. Meet with the manager, if moved forward it’s a background check then drug test after that. The manager in my situation made every effort to work out the details so that we both felt that we were making the best decision. All in all very easy.

Very weird interview process, had a one on one that went great. I was given a verbal offer, attempted to negotiate salary unsuccessfully and asked that the offer be sent in an email so I could review it. Never heard from anyone again. Followed up a few days later saying I never saw it come in, was told he never got around to it, but would send it over shortly. This was the last I heard from anyone at ABC.
