Entrevista
First round of assessment includes a group discussion followed by a group presentation. Each group has around 6-7 people and the group discussion lasts 20 minutes while the presentation lasts 5 minute. Successful candidates proceed on to an individual presentation. You were given 15 minutes to prepare and have to present to a group of assessors, similar to a sales pitch.
1st part of interview was face to face interview with multiple managers/heads of different departments asking 3-4 questions. 2nd part of interview was a task to complete as a group infront of the interviewers.

Entrevista
There will be 3 rounds of interviews through a span of 2 weeks (by HR, interview panel and lastly by Business managers). During the 3 rounds, the interviews will test your confidence, thinking and presentation ability.
