Primo contatto telefonico dell'assistente della manager, domande varie sul mio percorso studio/lavoro.
Secondo step: test di inglese online a domande chiuse reading+listening nel quale occorre ottenere un risultato pari o superiore a B2.
Terzo e ultimo step: colloquio con la manager della durata di un'ora (colloquio online sulla piattaforma microsoft Teams causa Covid)
Nonostante il colloquio fosse andato molto bene, hanno assunto una persona che aveva già parenti dipendenti dell'azienda, perché mi è stato confermato che danno priorità a queste persone.

Domande personali generiche su percorso di studi e lavorativo. Siccome cercavano uno stagista per l'ufficio comunicazione mi è stato chiesto di mostrare alcuni dei miei lavori effettuati precedentemente (immagini/video fatti durante le mie precedenti esperienze, analoghe a quella richiesta). Mi è stato chiesto come me la cavavo con i software richiesti, se ero in grado di gestire alcune situazioni come call di gruppo online, eventi, se ne avevo mai fatti ecc. Nel complesso un colloquio nella norma.

Great interview process. Asked a variety of questions about my past experience and situational type of questions to get to know more about me. They seemed genuinely interested in my answers and wanted to get to know me more. They were very kind which is a quality I always look for in recruiters.
