As part of an MBA intern recruiting class, I first sat down in fron of the president/coo and director of HR with several of my classmates. This gave us a chance to meet with executives and learn more about the company in a group setting. The next step was a 1 on 1 interview with the HR Director. There was also a Sales Manager sitting in on the interview, but he was relatively hands off. Overall it was a laid back process that ran very smoothly.
