To start off, my phone interview with the recruiter was excellent, learned a lot about the job position, the company history and the benefits that company had to offer. My 2nd interview, which was conducted through Microsoft Teams, with the hiring manager went well, no complaints here. My issue with this whole interview process was the amount of time in-between these steps it took. I felt that this whole process took longer than needed and the fact that I had to reach out via email to the recruiter to find out where I was in this whole process because there were not any types of "updates" on my application, raised some red flags for me. If you are going to apply for a job here do 2 things before you do; 1. look up the position that you are applying to and see the former employee reviews for that position and see why they left and how long that they had worked there. 2. Just know that this process is going to take weeks to go through and it will be a guessing game and if you get a job offer somewhere else just take it, don't waste your time waiting around for this company to make a decision.
