Horrible experience. Very unprofessional!! Applied on LinkedIn. Was mailed for a 30 minute phone interview after about a week. Basic behavioral resume based interview. Mailed for an on-site interview a week later. On site interview was about 3 hrs long. Met with different departments, resume based questions. After the on site interview, I was called by the process engineer head and was told that I'd get the offer letter soon since they were being acquired by a new company it would take time. Kept following up with him and at the end they said that they were looking for more experienced candidates. Very unprofessional!
