I must say that I was at first hesitant to dedicate time to interview there, given that checking the website and the team, I got an unprofessional first impression and I was not mistaken going through the interview. The screening call is done directly by the CEO rather than by the engineering manager, which reflects micro management style I suppose. And then the interview jumps straight into questions, no introduction, so unprofessional and disrespectful, and jumps from one question to the other in an interrogative manner. Questions, that seem to be the result of a google search rather than followup question based on the previous answer. And at the end of the interview the interviewer mentions that a reply will be sent within a week. And I did not receive any. At the same time I was interviewing at multiple tier 1 startups and at a FAANG company, you can spot the difference in professionalism and process. I regret wasting my time interviewing there, and should have invested my time somewhere else.
