This process took a very long time. I put two days into the coding test and have been a developer for 10 of my 20 years experience, but the feedback I got was "Her solution wasn't very good." There was a brief incident of verbal aggression in the interview, it wasn't extreme but was a red flag. It was a rather time-wastey and I would be careful applying unless you have free time on your hands.
