3 rounds. Quite intense but good. The recruitment agency had advised to visit a store and make notes of what you like about the store and what you don't. Its recommended to take notes during the store visit and then convey to interviewer. Meeting the next level of senior management was easy. Simple questions such as why would you like to join was asked. Other questions were around situation to understand how to hand the situation. Good to make notes prior to the interview on how to tackle situations where you have had to work under pressure, deal with difficult customers, work with colleagues who were hard to get along with etc. Overall interview is easy, however work can be tough especially due to office politics and outcomes can be expected to be different based on the personnel.
