Interviewed by 2 supervisors and 1 manager for the Corporate Investigator role. One of the guys was a talker, but wasn’t making any sense of what the role entails and was very fidgety. When I asked what they specifically look for during hiring they all said it needs to be someone who “fits in” with the rest of the team and is okay talking about politics and controversial topics in the office. Sounded like a toxic work environment. No real situational based questions were asked. Only asked about experience from previous roles.
