applied for a job as a store manager at a seven eleven , they called me for interview in 4 days. the owner wasn't available when i went there, even though i called and confirmed the previous day.
i had to come back. the next day i called and they called me again.
the owner didn't seem interested even though he was asking all sorts of questions. the all process didn't seem straight forward, in the end he offered me 8.5 an hour even thoughi had told them before that i make 9.00 an hour.
what a complete waste of time
easy and smooth. people were nice and interview question were straightforward. focus on more behavioural questions. received offer in about 5 days. do not be surprised when i see a reply to my tweet

Friendly interview in the manager's office, makes you feel at home, without any pressure, 30-minute interview, the assistant manager was present during the interview without commenting, everything went well, The interview is a filter because they send you to corporate for a second interview.
