It consisted of pop-quiz style questions and role-playing exercises, with candidates expected to learn the platform through an AI chatbot. Overall, the interviewer seemed disengaged with snappy one sentence answers, and the entire process felt far more complicated than necessary. Given the significant time investment required, I would not recommend it.
