I applied via referral link, as they said they will process application via referral faster. So it started with a assessment which took me around 2/3hrs to finish, including gaming knowledge, language test and personality test. Then wait for around 1 week, one of the HR contact me to schedule a video interview with HR. During the video interview, instead of those general question that you will be asked, their questions more like trying to understand you deeper, and see if you meet with their company culture. This took around 1hr. The whole process is relax and comfortable, like speaking with a friend, the HR is friendly. After this, I was required to do another language assessment with camera recording(make sure that you didn't cheat or anythg), 9 questions for each language, including speaking and essay, took around 1hr in total. Sadly, I failed the English test, but passed the Chinese test with flying color, so I wasn't able to proceed further. Originally, after this language test, there shall be another 1/2 video interview with the HR, talk about the position, salary etc, and also test your gaming knowledge. Lastly, will be a video interview with the Team Lead.

the interviewer was a good man, he was kind and wasn't talking fast, he asked questions about my occupation, my internet speed, my fluency in english... but I told him that I am enrolled as a full time student, and that's how I didn't continue the interview but If I continued I would've for sure nailed it
