The interview process was done with an in-person interview with the development manager who outlined the company, the department and the job I was applying for. He went as specific as I wanted and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I wanted. He then introduced me to the team and had me speak with another member of management about my skill set and allowed me to ask him questions.
