Nice group of people but very disorganized & inconsistent. Was called by different people different times; little or no communication between them re: previous interviews. 4 interviews face-to-face; 2 phone interviews; longest 1-1 interview was 4 hours & I was asked to prepare Word, Excel & Powerpoint samples. A lot of role-playing scenarios. Upper management complained about top management; warned me this would be very difficult position. Still, they offered good services to families & had good goals.
