i found a job posting online and and after a couple days from applying, got a response. They asked if i was abailable for a skype interview the next day. the interview lasted about five to ten minutes long and we’re pretty basic questions.

They respond through Indeed and then do at least two skype interviews. It’s very last minute though so if you apply, check Indeed and your email constantly because they could ask to do an interview the day of.

Where are you located? Are you close to the studio?
Two quick phone interviews. One with a hiring assistant and one with the company owner. They need to see an art portfolio. You need experience working with kids. Interviewers were friendly.
