Got an email back about a week after I applied, had a short information session/casual interview over Zoom, then an in-person interview and lab tour with my researcher. Straightforward, communicated from the beginning that it was a position with limited hours that continued over the school year.

Process was extremely easy and stream lined. Once I got called in for an interview I was toured around the facility before being brought into a conference room. There I met with 3 separate scientists who asked questions about my Resume, with a focus on leadership roles. I was only asked a few technical questions, but overall was more a personality quiz.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email about a week later asking for a video call interview. I interviewed with 4 of the engineers in the lab and spoke with them for about 25 minutes. I was offered the position a few days later.
