The process appeared to be normal. Phone screen followed by an on site set of panel interviews. But no mention of requiring a second round of interviews, the person hired (spoiler alert not me) only needed one set of interviews apparently. Which would be unusual for an outside hire and position of this level. Still during my on site interview everything went really well and could have been offered the job (or a second set of interviews) but was not.
