Entrevista
Interview process was very thorough. Communication with the company was outstanding throughout. The interview consisted of multiple sessions with various managers who play key roles in the scope of dev operations. If memory serves correctly, there were three interviews ( excluding recruiter interaction/screening ). There was also a skill test that was not only code questions, but included product delivery based on a test product spec provided by the company. It seemed that personality, work history, technical knowledge and proficiency were all factored into the process.

I was asked to demonstrate working knowledge of SQL Server in regards to structuring queries as well as delivering data to SQL Server and leveraging SQL records with client facing applications.

Entrevista
Interviewed with recruiter -> hiring manager -> team lead -> team members. All general questions, no hands-on technical take home assignments, which I wish would have happened so I could show my skills instead of trying to describe confidential work for my current employer in vague terms. One red flag was a senior level leader who was clearly doing other work, attending to things on their phone, and generally not at all present during the interview. The other senior level leaders I spoke with was super engaged and great to talk with.

Lots of questions around AI. However, aside from those directly working on technical topics, there seemed to be some unrealistic expectations and vague vision about the use cases for AI (felt more like they were trying to jump on the hype bandwagon vs. having an AI strategy grounded in reality).
