I have worked previously with this company and they know my ability to perform,So for me it was not difficult to through the interview.it was good and successful.got the offer in 2days

Aggressive and competitive. Needs a good HR to get the work process much more effective. Also requires good approach for selective candidates with high skills. Technical and background review stage was not up to mark. Final negotiation stage process was normal without effective communication.
