Premier contact par téléphone pour faire connaissance, description de l’organisation et des différentes possibilités de postes à pouvoir, stratégie etc. Présentation de mon parcours pour comprendre dans quelle direction je souhaite me développer.

Entrevista
Initial recruiter interview - covered off top line stuff such as employment history, requirements of the role & organisations culture (convexity....!)
2nd interview with another member of the team - more specific questions on background, experience & skill set.
Both interviews were very data driven in regards to recruitment, felt a little old fashioned in their approach. Highly successful Talent Acquisition functions today are much more than KPIs (this should be a byproduct of doing your job well and only help guide decisions)
Convexity is a big talking point for the organisation so you better get onboard as its certainly not for everyone (which they are transparent about). However, you only need to look at the top remote- first organisations & they are working in this way already but with a much simplier, inclusive approach.
Finally, for a organisation that prides itself on learning, collaboration & feedback after my 2nd interview I still havn't heard back......
