- Started off as I'd expect, set up chats with the team and made it through the final round. - After the final round, I was directed from the initial recruiters to another recruiter to move it forward, at this point is where the experience turned negative. - Weeks without word, follow ups asking for my time to chat with no response once I gave them times. I understand that people are busy and development is hectic, but there's a lot to be said about letting someone know they aren't going to get back to you rather than radio silence for weeks at a time. By far the worst interview experience I've ever had, which is a shame because every actual interview I had with those at 31st was great. I'm not sure if an offer was the next steps because I decided not to move forward due to all of the above.
