typical... multiple rounds with mock calls ... they also do video recording which is awkward and doesn’t provide much insight into the applicant or for the applicant to the hiring manager / company . not fair

Phone Screen. Recruiter was very ridged and not very friendly which could be intentional-but that says a lot about the culture of a company. A positive note was the transparency that it was not a great fit- which I agreed based on the scope of the role.
