Entrevista
After applying online, I received an e-mail with an invitation for an 10 min. telephone interview. The recruiter had to reschedule the phone interview (no problem). The interview felt awkward and more like checking off boxes. Recruiter told me the salary and if I was still interested, to respond to a follow up writing prompt (a mock letter to client). She said a position was to be opening in a few months and they would be in contact. I responded to the writing prompt --- and sent a 'thank you' email. I've followed up with the recruiter by e-mail and linkedin -- no response.

Had a call with recruiter, then had to complete an email prompt, and finally had a virtual interview with a manager. It wasn't super hard. It was 5 basic questions that prompted the STAR method.

Entrevista
I applied online for this job. An HR representative in their head office in New York contacted me asking for a phone interview. The interview only lasted about 20 minutes and she was very friendly and helpful. She advised me she wanted to put me through to the next round which was a writing sample. She also said if I had any further questions to contact her and she would be happy to answer them. I completed the writing assessment and never heard anything back. I followed up a couple of weeks later and still nothing. I sent 3 emails and called and left 2 voicemails and received no response at all. Now almost 2 months later I got an automated email as a rejection. Completely unprofessional to ignore your applicants. At least let them know they did not make it to the next round.
