Asked general hr stuff. It was pretty great. I dont know they really asked super general stuff about IT and leadership skills and whatnot. I don't really know what else to say. It was through their website so it was a conference call interview.
The internship process was pretty easy. About a week after I applied, I got an email from HR and then conducted video questions and then had two video conference interview in the weeks following the video questionnaire. Everyone I talked to was super nice and really friendly, however, they told me that they would let me know if I got the position 3 days after my last interview and I never heard a word. I emailed the recruiter twice, days has passed and still no word. A simple no would have been fine but I guess not. Been reading other reviews and seems like this is a common thing for the company, to completely ignore the candidates they decided weren’t right for the position. It completely changed my whole view on 2U as a company and I will definitely not recommend others to apply to work here. If this is how the handle recruitment process, it speaks volumes about how they run their company. Very immature and unprofessional.
