Recruiter Phone Screen with fairly detailed techno/functional questions, followed by hiring manager in depth telephonic interview discussing technology and program management skills and experience then an Assignment to complete

Pregunta 1
About Technology and PM skills. Mainly about overall understanding of large scale web applications, web services and Enterprise Systems stack. Overall project management skills such as schedule/budget management, issues resolutions etc.
Followed by hands on assignment to create a project plan and initiation meeting to start a project and analyze scrum teams performance based on data.
Once the results were shared, there was no feedback for quite a while and then upon followup recruiter told they are not moving forward. In my opinion, I was at least expecting the comment on the assignment given to be fair.

Entrevista
Phone screen by hiring manager. Very unenthusiastic scripted, impersonal interview. Next step is a homework and then onsite. Not sure if they do that for all positions, but in between each step is a 7 to 10 days wait to allow them to interview all candidates each round.
